Project Management

Our core capabilities enable us to react quickly to any client project management request, offering independent advice and consultancy. Our role as project manager is to understand the importance of your project and aim to deliver on time and on budget.
To ensure successful project delivery we will provide a tailor made response to your requirements, controlling and managing processes from pre-construction to completion.

The process initiates with construction of a detailed schedule of works to clearly associate each task to a timeline. We will then consult and lead the contract documentation and tendering process, where we will procure required consultants on each project such as a structural engineer or MEP consultants.

By going through the tendering process and programme of works we can accurately execute the project pricing as per our clients budget.

During the Construction our in-house management team will be in charge of the sub-contractor managements , procurement of all fixtures and fittings, such as bespoke joinery fabrication or the kitchen.
