The Winsham residence is situated within the London Borough of Wandsworth. The proposed plan encompasses substantial internal renovation and the incorporation of a basement into the existing structure. Studio INTEGRATE played a pivotal role as the lead consultant, guiding the client through the process of securing the householder application and implementing the basement addition.



The redesigned layout boasts four bedrooms, an additional living room, office space, entertainment areas, an open-plan kitchen and lounge, as well as a separate lounge space. This reimagined configuration aims to optimize functionality and enhance the overall livability of the residence, catering to the diverse needs and preferences of its occupants.
