Seamless Design-to-Build Integration
1. Design & Cost Plan
Our construction process starts by analysing the drawings and project information created by our internal team or client’s design consultants.
A detailed and itemised cost plan will be generated and submitted be submitted to the client or as a part of the tender for approval.
2. Programme & Value
Once our quotation is accepted we will create a detailed project programme or offer value engineering services when applicable.
Our in-depth knowledge of design and detailing enable us to offer value engineered services without compromising the quality of design and the finished outcome.
3. Construction
During the course of construction our team will proactively optimise the process and timeline to ensure a smooth delivery.
We engage and receive feedback from project stake holders through our bi-weekly in-person or onsite meetings. Monthly progress report, dynamic timeline adjustment ensures the client team remains fully informed and the project is delivered on time.
